Why isn’t there a price list?
Distributors vary a lot. One warehouse and five users is a very different job from four warehouses and sixty users. We quote after the demo so the price fits what you actually need, and the quote is in writing.
Do you charge per order or per invoice?
No. Your price does not go up because you took more orders. It depends on your warehouses and users.
Are there modules I have to buy separately?
No. Every part of the system is included: orders, pricing, inventory, purchasing, the rep and driver apps, the portal, routes and accounting sync.
Is setup included?
Setup is part of the quote, and the quote says exactly what it covers: data import, warehouse setup, training and the parallel run.
Is there a contract?
