Delivery route & proof of delivery software: On the truck, in order, signed for.
DistrX.io puts each confirmed order on a route by delivery day and truck. Drivers get the stops in order on their phone and record what was delivered, short or refused, with a signature. The invoice follows what they record.
From the dock to the back door
The last step of the order takes place in the same system as the first.
Routes by day
Give each customer a delivery day and a route. Orders join the right route by themselves, and you can move a stop by hand.
Trucks & drivers
Assign a truck and a driver to each route. The loading list shows how many cases each stop takes.
Stops in order
Put the stops in the order the truck will drive them, with each customer’s address, delivery notes and receiving hours.
Signature & photo
The customer signs on the driver’s phone, and the driver can add a photo of the drop. Both are attached to the invoice.
Shorts & refusals
Drivers record anything short, damaged or refused, line by line. The invoice and credit memos follow from it.
Collect on delivery
For cash-on-delivery customers, drivers record the cash or check taken, and it’s applied to the invoice.
Tomorrow’s trucks, planned today
Confirmed orders join their customer’s route for the delivery day. The dispatcher sees each route’s stops, cases and weight, moves stops between trucks, and prints the loading lists.
- Pick lists can be printed by route, so trucks load in reverse stop order
- Late orders roll to the next delivery day after the cut-off
- See every route’s progress through the day as drivers complete stops
What happened at the back door, on record
At each stop the driver confirms what was delivered, records anything short or refused, gets a signature and can take a photo. The invoice is made from that record, so a dispute takes seconds to settle.
- Signed by the person who received the delivery, with the time
- Refused and damaged items become credit memos
- Works with patchy signal and syncs when the phone reconnects

Anything else? Email us — a human replies.
Do drivers need a special device?
No. The driver app runs on an ordinary iPhone or Android phone.
Can I use a carrier for some customers?
Yes. Customers can be delivered on your own routes, picked up at the warehouse or shipped by a carrier. The order and invoice work the same way.
Does it plan the best route for me?
You set the order of the stops on each route, and DistrX.io keeps them in that order every week. If automatic route planning matters to you, ask us on the demo call.
What if a driver loses signal?
The stop is saved on the phone and sent when the signal is back. The office sees it the moment it arrives.
